Our Staff:

Principal Consulting Geologist, Craig White, is a Certified Professional Geologist and a Licensed Engineering Geologist in Washington State and Alaska. He has a Master of Science Degree in Geology and over 35 years experience as a field geologist, project supervisor and manager for private industry in several western states and Alaska. As a "Chancellor's Scholar" at the University of Alaska, Craig has done independent studies in Environmental Geology and Slope Hazards and has prepared instructional materials on the shoreline and slope environments. He has worked as a consulting geologist in the Puget Sound area since 1993 and for several years was Adjunct Professor of Geology at Olympic College in Bremerton, where he taught courses in Environmental Geology, Physical Geology, Glacial Geology, and Geology of the Pacific Northwest.

Craig is also one of fewer than 30 "Qualified Experts" in the state who are approved to conduct slope stability studies on lands managed by the Washington State Department of Natural Resources.

 


Office Manager/Staff Technician: Debbie White is our Office Manager and is involved in taking your calls, answering questions, making contacts, typing and finalizing our geotechnical reports. Debbie also maintains the company's records and files and helps with the accounting responsibilities.

 


Senior Technical Advisor/Website Manager: Jennifer Cleven is our Senior Technical Advisor, maintaining the company's extensive computer databases as well as designing and maintaining the company's website.

 


Geotechnical Engineer: To provide for our occasional needs for a licensed, professional engineer for specific recommendations for foundations, bulkheads, storm water engineering, or construction on steep slopes, we utilize the services of several local, Licensed Professional Engineers (PE) with experience in all these areas. This close communication between geology and engineering disciplines ensures our focus on all considerations of a project.
